As a Consumer, please understand that we hold no liability for losses resulting from delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, provided we couldn’t have taken reasonable steps to prevent such delays. PLEASE NOTE: Due to unprecedented demand over the previous weeks, delivery of all new orders will now take up to 10 working days (not including weekends & Bank Holidays). For previous orders placed before 03.04.25 delivery times are 20 working days due to the high level of orders over the previous few weeks. We apologise for these delays and have notified all customers of these delays prior to them placing an order. Please bear with us we are now operating 24 hours a day to reduce down the backlog and shorten delivery times. We hope to get back to our normal 2-4 day deliver timelines in the coming weeks.
During peak seasons e.g. Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentines, Halloween, Black Friday.. we will cut off order/delivery times earlier and offer ‘guaranteed’ delivery by a specific date. We cannot absolutely guarantee orders if ordered after this deadline. We will still dispatch everyday so there may be a chance you will receive your order after this date, we just can’t guarantee it.
