We offer Irish made in our chocolate factory in the heart of the midlands – Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. Our master chocolatiers are trained chefs who specialise in creating delicious handcrafted chocolate product for you. We use only the best ingredients and cocoa we can source and our delicious recipes are top secret.

Our Sugar Plum Sweetery shop is open 11am-7pm Monday- Sunday. The shop is located on Dominick Street, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. Our online orders are open 24hours a day and we will pack your order within 24 hours. Orders received before 11am are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 11am on Friday’s are dispatched by DPD the following Monday.

We offer unique and personalised gifts for every occasion you might need such as Christmas, Birthdays, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Halloween, Christmas, Wedding, Communions, Confirmations, Engagements, Company Events etc. Subscribe to our mailing list and join our social media to be kept updated.

Yes we can provide small and large corporate orders for companies or events of any size. Get in touch with your details and we can contact you to discuss your gifting needs for your order and pricing. We can create bespoke gifting products, boxes and hampers to suit any occasion and needs.

All of our food is advertised and labelled with the correct nutritional information and allergens. Before you order, please check our product information and labels for the specific ingredients and allergen information. As our kitchen handles foods containing all allergens, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from allergens. Please ensure you check all labels thoroughly before consuming food and drink.

We currently deliver to any address in Ireland and Northern Ireland. DPD are our delivery partner and collect orders from us Monday-Friday. We don’t deliver internationally at the moment and are working on offering this service very soon.

DPD collect orders from us everyday Monday-Friday. If you order before 11am we will dispatch your order the same day. If you order after 11am we will dispatch it the following day. DPD do not collect orders on a Saturday or Sunday therefore if you order after 11am on Friday, your order will be dispatched on the Monday. DPD aim to deliver all orders within 1-2 working days, however this can vary with specific locations and during high volume seasons.

When you are placing your order there will be two sections for ‘Billing Details’ and ‘Delivery Details’. Please populate the ‘Delivery Details’ section with the name & address of the person you would like it posted to. We don’t include a receipt with prices in the box so they won’t know how much the order cost, this will be emailed to you.

 

If you are sending a gift to another person and would like us to include a personal note from you, please purchase a ‘Greeting Card‘ and write your note in the ‘Order Notes’ section at checkout. We will write this note free of charge on your behalf.

We don’t offer any other personalisation or names printed on boxes at the moment, we did offer this service in the past as a once off, however we don’t at present.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, with orders placed on a Friday being dispatched on the following Monday. During high activity times, such as Christmas, Easter & Bank Holidays, order and delivery times may experience delays due to high volumes of orders.

When we receive your order we will email you a copy of the receipt. Once your order has been processed and has left our warehouse, our delivery partners DPD will contact you with your tracking number. Your order should be delivered within 1-3 working days of receiving this email.

Please Note: Delivery transit times are a guideline. We will do our very best to ensure that your order is processed and dispatched to DPD as quickly as possible, however, unforeseen delays can be experienced due to high volumes of orders and other reasons beyond our control. If your order takes longer than 15 working days, use the message box on the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website to get in touch. Please include your order number and details.

Damaged Item(s): if an item is defective upon arrival, please contact us with your order number, details and photos of the issues. You will need to return the item to us before we can process a refund. A full refund will be provided for the price of the damaged goods and delivery. If you are only returning one item of a multi item order, we will refund you for that item and the return postage costs upon receipt of the goods. If an item is incorrect, please use the message box on the ‘Contact Us’ page of our website to get in touch. Please include your order number, details and a photo of the order / error items.

If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel / amend your order. If your order has been dispatched and you’d like to return this. Please contact us with your order details and we can process this for you if it’s within 14 days and the products are fully sealed and in perfect condition. Please note we cannot issue refunds for any fresh or personalised or bespoke orders. You will be responsible for paying the delivery charges and ensuring the products including packaging are returned to us in a fully resalable/new condition.
