Indulge in a bar where opulence meets comfort. The Dubai x Bueno Mashup Bar combines the lavishly inspired textures and flavours of our viral Dubai Chocolate Bar with the rich hazelnut-cream elegance of our Bueno Boss.
From the first bite you’ll experience a thick, premium milk chocolate shell-– the luscious, smooth exterior you expect from Sugar Plum Sweetery’s handcrafted bars. Behind that shell lies a decadent dual-layer centre: one part freshly whipped Italian hazelnut cream (just like the Bueno Boss) and one part velvety pistachio crème infused with tahini and crunchy kataifi pastry threads (inspired by the Dubai Bar).
The crunchy strands of kataifi add a satisfying crisp-textural counterpoint to the silky fillings, while the nutty duo of hazelnut and pistachio brings depth: familiar and comforting, yet rare and luxurious. A subtle whisper of tahini adds a gentle savoury-sweet echo, elevating the experience beyond ordinary chocolate.
Visually, the bar is bold and chunky—reflecting the “thick style” of our Dubai Bars—and wrapped in premium foil and outer sleeve, perfect for gifting or treat-yourself moments. The flavour journey is multi-stage: first the crisp crack of the thick shell, then the immediate rush of hazelnut and milk-chocolate familiarity, then a secondary crescendo of pistachio-tahini richness and delicate pastry crunch, lingering on the palate with warmth and sweetness.
