from our sweet blog

When we launched our first Dubai Chocolate Bar in December 2024, we thought it would be one bar. Then customers asked for white chocolate. Then something to share. Then something for the kids. Then something you could eat with a spoon.
The range has grown to seven Dubai creations, all handmade in Mullingar with the same filling: toasted kataifi pastry folded through Irish butter, pistachio cream and tahini. Here's how they compare.

| Dubai Chocolate Bar | Thick filled bar | Milk | €9.95 | Your first taste |
| Dubai Dream White Choc Bar | Thick filled bar | White | €9.95 | A sweeter tooth |

| Dubai Chocolate Bites | Bites in a 120g pouch | Milk | €10.95 | Sharing |

Start here. A thick shell of our milk chocolate — six ingredients, at least 34% cocoa solids, no palm oil — filled to the edges with the Dubai filling. Snap it in half and you'll hear why it went viral. If you only ever try one, make it this.
The same filling wrapped in creamy white chocolate. White chocolate is sweeter and milkier, which softens the nutty, slightly savoury tahini note. People who find dark or milk chocolate too strong usually prefer this one.
Two of our bestsellers in one bar. One layer of Dubai filling, one layer of the silky Italian hazelnut cream from our Bueno BOSS. You get the hazelnut sweetness first, then the pistachio and toasted pastry.
All the flavour of the bar in bite-sized pieces, packed in a stand-up pouch. Better for movie nights and office desks, and easier to share without a battle over who gets the bigger half.
Chocolate frogs with a Dubai filling, in milk or white. A playful gift for teenagers and grown-ups who like their chocolate with a bit of personality. Note: they contain nuts, sesame and gluten like the rest of the range.
Our newest Dubai creation turns the bar into a layered dessert: milk chocolate, pistachio cream, toasted kataifi and tahini, eaten with a spoon. Try it over vanilla ice cream. Read more in Meet Spoon Me Dubai.

The original Dubai Chocolate Bar is the one that started it all, and the best place to start.
Yes. White chocolate is sweeter and creamier than milk chocolate, so the Dubai Dream tastes milder.
Our Dubai products contain gluten (wheat), sesame, nuts, milk and soya, and may contain traces of peanuts. Check each product page before ordering.
Our bars have a 6-month best-before. The kataifi is crunchiest when fresh, so we'd eat it sooner.
